What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform day-to-day security administration of systems and user ids, including creation, deletion, modification, and password resets
- Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, ensuring access removal for terminated workers
- Assist the Service Desk in resolving issues beyond their level
- Recommend and implement improvement initiatives for security administration processes
- Notify management of concerns raised by requestors and anticipate escalation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate in any discipline
- Mandatory ITIL certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience working with remote teams
- Strong customer handling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 12 years of experience in the identity and access management domain
- Working knowledge of Sailpoint Identity IQ, UNIX LDAP, O365 and Active Directory, Sharepoint, ServiceNow
- Good understanding of various Identity & Access Management Concepts
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience in developing and publishing compliance dashboards
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
