- Perform basic Data Entry functions as needed i.e. Manual addition & cancellation of policies
- (Systems used - Hazard Plus, Trackall 2.0 and Black Knight
- Process and resolve issues that require in-depth research. CCOs, CCWs, Tasks, and emails.
- Perform maintenance as necessary for the refund transaction. Notate applicable system for each loan transaction,
- (including the letter log (14E))
- Ensure that all items are processed in a timely manner to meet and exceed established standards
- Process various special projects as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned including, but not limited to: LYDIA production log, batching, filing, LP letter reprints, assisting with Mail Room functions as needed
- Ability to meet deadlines to remain compliant with client's goals and standards.
- Reviews and updates processing procedures as well as make recommendations for process improvements.
- Verify that the LPI policy contains acceptable coverage amounts and premium, and take appropriate
- action to add or cancel LP coverage.
- Process all clients' payments, refunds, aging, and cancellations received through reports and databases (including Wind via WNC & WNC List Bills/Assurant Wind).
- Work Payment Exception Reports - 141, 22I, 22L, 449, 242, 5013 & 14E.
- Accurately input data, create manual disbursements, and maintenance the lines as needed.
- Process and resolve issues that require minimal research.
- Resolves simple questions and problems, refers more difficult items to a higher level.
- Identify systems errors or issues and advise all levels of management.
- Review/Analyze manual refunds and apply to the appropriate client entity (Checks/5013 report).
- Works directly with the clients and the outsourcing centers to resolve analytical assignments that are varied and possibly complex.
- Manage and work client mailboxes within 72 hours; work urgent issues within 24 hrs.
- Research and analyzes exception items received through reports, task, Account Executives, outsourcing centers and client correspondences.
- Complete refunds check research.
- Assists in problem resolution by analyzing processing problems, recommending possible solutions, and working with other departments to resolve.
- Assist with the training of Lender Place Operations Specialist I, Lender Place Operations Specialist I II, and Lender Place Operations Specialist III.
- Handle customer service calls from the client, outsourcing centers and other internal departments.
- Assist in leading projects by gathering and analyzing data to achieve results.
- Assist with team audits internally as well as by QA.
- Participate in conference calls with the client, internal departments and outsourcing centers to work on process improvements, project implementation or resolution of complex issues.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines to maintain client expectations.
- Ability to adapt easily as procedures/client needs change.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Ability to run productivity reports in absence of the Team Lead or Unit Manager.
- Download and reformat Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for clients.
- Assists with verifying test output as needed for assigned clients.
- Intermediary skill set for Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of LPS (Black Knight), TrackAll 2.0, SSP
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written) Professional candidate.
- Ability to make good decisions
- Familiar with mainframe computer and applications.
- Identify trends and develop analysis.
- Applies intermediate skills and begins to develop advanced skills to procedures, processes and techniques appropriate for the position within the assigned functional area.
- Subject matter expert in all the duties of the Lender Place Operations Specialist I, Lender Place Operations Specialist It II, and Lender Place Operations Specialist III
- High School Diploma or High School equivalency.
- Minimum of 3 years of mortgage servicing / hazard insurance or related experience in an office setting.

- Create and format spreadsheets at an intermediate level.

- Resolves routine questions and problems while referring more complex issues to higher level.
- Resolves service issues by gathering and analyzing related information, identifying the cause of the problem and provides possible solutions.
- Serves as a resource/subject matter expert to others in the resolution of routine & complex issues.
- Documents all operations problems and the solutions.
- Reviews and updates processing procedures as a result of process improvement recommendations.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Lead Lender Placed Operations Specialist, under the guidance of the Unit Manager, is responsible for the input, set-up and/or maintenance of client, customer and/or agent information for one or more of the company's policies, products or services. With the use of a computerized system, responsible for the maintenance of customer's accounts, by processing premium payments and/or delinquent premiums, either by direct or automated payment. Additionally, the Lead Lender Placed Operations Specialist is responsible for researching, analyzing and resolving exception items that have been initiated via reports, Outsourcing Centers, Account Executives, phone calls, correspondence, Black Knight tasks, and the Clients. This job family works with complex and time sensitive issues. The Specialist works directly with the client and outsourcing centers. The Specialist reviews, analyzes and researches exception items to obtain critical information. Most of these actions fall outside our standard policies and procedures with senior levels using latitude and judgment in resolving more complex issues. All these positions are currently non-exempt.

Pay Range:
$18.65 - $29.84
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
