What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee maintenance and performance of piping and mechanical equipment in power plants
- Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts for complex mechanical issues
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to execute maintenance activities
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance and employee well-being
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the power generation industry
- Strong technical knowledge of power plant piping and equipment systems
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical systems
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to power plant operations and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
