      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide oversight on piping and mechanical equipment, including turbines, boilers, and pumps
      - Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to resolve complex mechanical issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance activities
      - Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
      - Maintain records of maintenance activities and performance metrics for compliance and improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance within the power generation industry
      - Strong technical knowledge of power plant piping and equipment systems
      - Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for mechanical systems
      - Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to power plant operations
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively
