      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the lead resource for outpatient/professional coders on coding guidelines and regulations
      - Review coding work, correct errors, and enhance consistency and compliance
      - Develop and maintain reports, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions
      - Support training, orientation, and ongoing education initiatives for coders
      - Assist in resolving audit findings and coding-related denials in collaboration with billing teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet or exceed Outpatient Coder requirements
      - Active certification (RHIT/RHIA/CCS/CCS-P/CPC) with 3+ years of continuous experience
      - Strong proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M, and professional-fee coding
      - Proven leadership, quality assurance, and training capabilities

      - Experience in a healthcare staffing or coding environment
      - Familiarity with audit processes and denial management strategies
      - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend improvements
