What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct reviews and assessments of large claims to identify and quantify risks
- Generate detailed reports on data analysis findings, observations, and recommendations
- Act as the subject matter expert for claims and underwriting related to risk management
- Provide clinical assessments and recommendations for setting reserves on significant claims
- Consult with clients on complex claims and implement effective clinical risk management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in risk management or related fields
- Familiarity with high-cost diagnoses and treatment trends
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
