What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating the employer's "one-call resolution" philosophy.
- Respond to and resolve escalated customer concerns to improve the member experience.
- Dispatch service requests and prioritize based on safety and expedience.
- Monitor daily activity and ensure metric reports are accurately updated.
- Handle roadside assistance requests with care and urgency.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, call center/dispatch, and supervisory experience preferred.
- Superior active listening skills and ability to interpret verbal information effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory role within a customer service or call center environment.
- Familiarity with the employer's services and products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical decision-making abilities.
- Experience with handling escalated customer service issues.
