      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating the "one-call resolution" philosophy while training new employees.
      - Respond to and resolve escalated customer concerns, ensuring an improved member experience.
      - Dispatch service requests and prioritize them based on safety, expedience, and other criteria.
      - Monitor daily activity using the business management systems and ensure proper documentation.
      - Handle roadside assistance requests with empathy and urgency, along with membership and travel service inquiries.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent.
      - Previous customer service, call center/dispatch, and supervisory experience preferred.
      - Superior active listening skills and the ability to interpret verbal information accurately.
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
      - Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory role within a customer service or call center environment.
      - Familiarity with roadside assistance and travel agency services.
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      - Ability to communicate effectively across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
      - Commitment to community service and volunteerism.
