      Position Responsibilities:

      • The Lead Merchandiser will support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team
      • As a Lead Merchandiser, you will identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck, and/or utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores
      • You will provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance
      • Other duties as assigned

      Required Education and Experience:

      • Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
      • 7 months plus of general work experience
      • Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
      • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

      Preferred Education and Experience:

      • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
