What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address and resolve user and technical issues related to Manhattan Active Omni (MAO)
- Monitor exception reporting, promptly addressing and identifying new reporting needs
- Document issues and resolutions, conduct root cause analysis, and provide improvement recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand system capabilities and make necessary configuration changes
- Create and execute tests to validate software and processes during changes and new releases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical and business challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, retail operations, and e-commerce business models
- Ability to manage tasks and resolve issues with minimal guidance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of MAO, Postman, Jira, and MySQL
- Experience with XML and JSON messaging formats
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques
