      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Payroll Team in processing payroll for all salaried and hourly employees, both domestic and international
      - Create and refine payroll procedures, time tracking, and year-end process documentation
      - Review and analyze current payroll and tax procedures to recommend and implement best practices
      - Collaborate with the stock administration team on processing exercises with payroll impact
      - Manage vendor relationships and assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 7-10 years of experience with full cycle payroll responsibilities in a multi-state, mobile, and international capacity
      - Experience working with a public company
      - Proficiency with Workday Payroll/HRIS, Payroll Advantage (Deloitte), and ADP Smart Compliance
      - Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to payroll processing
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect employee records

      - Experience processing both salaried and hourly payrolls
      - Familiarity with managing payroll in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
      - Demonstrated ability to lead projects with minimal supervision
      - Knowledge of best practices in payroll processing and compliance
      - Experience with payroll inquiries and resolution processes
