JOB TITLE: Lead Product Management & Development
JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy. Plano, TX 75075
DUTIES: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that drive the success of a product or group of products. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. Identify, monitor, and analyze internal performance parameters: financials, movement, revenue, cost, sales. and external performance parameters to position and modify features and identify new uses for the product. Provide product surveillance and management of established products to attain financial objectives. Monitor revenue attainment and profitability. Provide readouts to leadership regarding products and plans. Work with AIML technology stacks, architectural components, and monetization models. Perform AIML operations and utilize covering tools and workflows. Conduct product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and AIML-as-a-service. Lead and guide product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Influence project prioritization and execution for initiatives that significantly impact customer experience and monetization. Achieve ambitious objectives in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive the success of a product or group of products; conducting multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share, and profitability objectives; providing product surveillance and management of established products to attain financial objectives; monitoring revenue attainment and profitability; and providing readouts to leadership regarding products and plans.
