      As a Lead Product Development Manager, you will oversee the development, marketing and sale of B2B Cloud Voice products throughout the product life cycle. You’ll partner with our business, technology and UX teams to create new product lines that will meet the needs of the business, while providing a competitive advantage for our product portfolio.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Analyze customer needs, identifies priorities for new products or services and enhancements. Defines market, including competitive analysis and definition of product functionality.
      • Responsible for P&L and life cycle management of business voice, wireless voice and data or value-added services
      • Leads product strategy to bring evolve services to market, including concept development, market sizing, requesting capital investment, partnering with technical development teams, and managing product introductions.
      • Defines service requirements based on customer needs.
      • Maintains roadmap and key dependencies across initiatives.
      • Vettes capital estimates and manages budget with feature tradeoffs.
      • Partners with the following teams: Tech Development, Pricing, Finance, Digital, Sales, and Finance
      • Prepares and presents business cases for new products and services and creates product roadmaps and project plans.
      • May be responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates and the requests for funding.
      • Works with the Pricing Team to develop pricing strategies.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 6-8 years’ experience in product management, product development, or marketing in B2B sector, in technology industry.
      • Bachelor’s degree in business, Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
      • Experience with Mobility Solutions, Business Voice-over-IP products or Unified Communication, (This is not a supervisory role).

      Our Lead Product Management and Development Managers earn between $128,400 – $192,600, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
