Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for AT&T Business Fiber and AT&T Dedicated Internet.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging, with a specific focus on the Mid-Markets segment.
Design innovative and competitive offers and bundles that meet the needs of our business customers in the Mid-Markets segment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure offers are attractive, profitable, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new offers and bundles, including pricing, promotion, and distribution.
Develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support product launches.
Monitor and analyze the performance of offers and bundles, utilizing data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings.
Ensure that all marketing efforts are customer-centric and drive high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with product management, sales, finance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
4+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on telecommunications or technology sectors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of AT&T Business Fiber and AT&T Dedicated Internet products is highly desirable.
Experience working within the Mid-Markets segment is a significant plus.
