What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project scheduling, progress tracking, and cost estimating
- Implement client cost control processes and monitor effective systems for project cost controls
- Assist in coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction activities with project schedules
- Track all project/program funding sources, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and external contracts
- Prepare monthly analyses and reports on expenditures, progress, commitments, and budget performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of ten years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship-building
- Knowledge of technology industry standards
- Positive attitude and ability to build positive relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with strategic sourcing, opportunity/spend analyses, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in scheduling and organization within construction and procurement contexts
