      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the construction subject matter expert and interface with all lead managers/team leads
      - Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through effective communication
      - Oversee project costs and schedules, including managing change orders
      - Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans throughout the project lifecycle
      - Supervise field staff and ensure compliance with safety standards on job sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of construction industry experience with a focus on full construction experience
      - Experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC/GC contract models
      - Proven leadership in supervising construction teams and managing clients and subcontractors
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
      - OSHA 10 or 30 certification and the ability to travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in establishing and using project controls tools for large construction projects
      - Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for large industrial construction sites
      - Demonstrated client relationship-building experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Experience in labor planning and construction labor knowledge
