      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact between design teams, clients, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
      - Oversee the implementation of design intent and ensure project execution aligns with specifications and quality standards
      - Manage the flow of technical documentation, ensuring completeness and constructability across disciplines
      - Drive project delivery to meet schedule and budget milestones while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
      - Lead the resolution of technical and site-specific issues, coordinating effectively between design and construction teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry
      - At least 2 years of experience in project management or construction management
      - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
      - Strong decision-making, leadership, and negotiation abilities
      - Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software, with knowledge of construction processes and codes

      - Experience managing large, multidisciplinary design projects
      - Proven ability to meet client expectations through effective project management
      - Strong conflict management and resolution skills
      - Familiarity with engineering/design terms and financials
      - Previous experience in a similar industry-related role
