What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices to promote continuous improvement
- Manage product backlog, prioritize user stories, and define sprint goals
- Create and maintain a centralized repository for SaaS documentation and standard templates
- Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure successful project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience using project management software (Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
- Background in SaaS environments and knowledge of collaboration tools like Figma and Kollabe
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I)
- Experience in start-up or high-growth environments with a focus on process building and scaling
- Background in technical documentation or knowledge management
- Expertise in online learning, instructional design, and adult learning theory
- Quality assurance training and certification (QM, OSCQR, other)
