What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and management of an interactive virtual community platform for career development
- Research and implement emerging tools and platforms to enhance virtual career services
- Build and maintain strong industry partnerships to align programs with workforce needs
- Provide one-on-one career coaching and develop personalized career plans for students
- Design and implement pre-apprenticeship and internship programs that connect students with local workforce trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree and/or relevant training and administrative work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in an office or administrative environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Experience in designing and delivering career development programs for various educational backgrounds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing or implementing pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, or job development programs
- Experience collaborating with external partners, including community organizations and economic development offices
- Familiarity with apprenticeship or pre-apprenticeship program development
- Experience working with community colleges or certification programs
- Background in healthcare or public sector workforce development
