What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the lead supervisor of admissions and recruiting
- Oversee and execute a recruiting strategy to maximize bed capacity
- Lead the Post Residential department and mentor pilot program
- Coordinate events and build relationships
- Deliver presentations to large, diverse audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work weekends and travel overnight
- Experience in coordinating events and admissions processing
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products
- Current Virginia Driver's License required
