What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Research & Insights Manager on various research initiatives
- Analyze first-party data and custom surveys to generate actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Assist with ad hoc research requests from multiple teams, providing insights and project execution support
- Partner with Sales and Integrated Marketing to tailor insights for high-impact pitches
- Participate in the creation of tools such as a B2B insights calendar and research repository
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in market research, media insights, or advertising strategy
- Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience with first-party, on-platform data related to user engagement or content performance
- Proficiency in designing and analyzing custom survey research
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with syndicated research tools such as MRI-Simmons, YouGov, or eMarketer
- Prior exposure to the CTV/AVOD/streaming media landscape
- Excellent storytelling ability with audience-first thinking
- Experience supporting sales teams or go-to-market planning
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Slides, and data dashboards
