What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the delivery and execution of RPA and process automation initiatives
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess and improve business processes
- Configure workflows based on detailed business requirements using RPA software
- Document and resolve defects in a timely manner
- Facilitate meetings with business SMEs to gather and document process requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in RPA Development, Blue Prism, Computer Science, or related fields
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Experience in process management and financial systems
- Proven ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem resolution skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Blue Prism software developer certification
- Proficiency in automation software including Python, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
