What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer compensation plans for assigned business units, including processing commission payments
- Ensure compliance with the commissions governance framework and conduct audits of commission payments
- Provide support and analysis to sales teams regarding their commission payments and compensation plans
- Perform detailed sales reporting and analysis to inform compensation strategies
- Lead transformation projects related to sales compensation planning and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related commissions administration experience
- Strong MS Excel skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to problem solve independently and lead projects
- Experience partnering with other departments and managing large data sets

- Experience using Xactly for commissions administration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Skilled in sales reporting and analysis
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a deadline-driven environment
