What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary support for Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Key Account Program Managers (KAPMs) in the MAKO IDN and surgery center markets
- Create and manage Mako Program reporting for Key Accounts customers, including presentations to senior executives
- Interact with various teams to assess Mako program health and monitor customer development plans
- Assist in developing financial models and financing pricing quotes for Mako
- Manage and develop the Key Accounts funnel and SharePoint site
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of customer reporting and Mako utilization
- Proven ability to support sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to Mahwah, NJ
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA
- Experience in designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards
- 2+ years of lease payment pricing experience
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with financial modeling in the medical device industry
