What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and lead programs to grow the Fastener Solutions Business in the packaging market, including market analyses and commercialization programs
- Manage all commercial account activities within the designated territory
- Focus on new business development with targeted end-user markets and grow the distributor base
- Represent the Fastener Solutions commercial catalog to target customers and influence specifications
- Conduct territory analysis and develop strategies to achieve revenue goals while identifying new accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
- 4-5 years of commercial experience in field sales or new business development
- Strong skills in uncovering sales opportunities and networking
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for communication with all management levels
- 50% minimum travel expectation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM
