- Partner with the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, point of sale, inventory management, merchandise standards, and donations.
- Manage all day-to-day store operations, including personnel and cash handling, in the absence of the Store and/or Assistant Manager. Report concerns to the District Sales Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager in monitoring and analyzing performance indicators to drive sales and profitability aligned with budgets and goals.
- In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, schedule store employees, coordinate team meetings, and provide coaching and training. Handle payroll paperwork, especially related to Time and Attendance.
- Ensure high customer and donor satisfaction through excellent service and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Support Back Room Processing to ensure effective and efficient operations meeting daily goals.
- Supervise and report on program Beneficiaries involved in Work Therapy Assignments at the store.
- In the absence of managers, safeguard store currency, inventory, and property, including cash deposits, bank deposits, and security protocols.
- Ensure the building is secured during non-operating hours and safety measures are maintained according to ARC policies and regulations.
- Assist with conducting and recording weekly store meetings and may be relocated based on business needs.
- Complete all tasks assigned by the District Sales Manager, Command Retail Directors, and Command Administration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Must pass background checks, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
- Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
- Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as carts, fixtures, and merchandise.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks as required.
- Part-time position at $17/hr for 25 hours/week.

The Lead Sales will work closely with the management team on daily tasks and responsibilities for the TSA Family Store, including but not limited to meeting sales and income goals, creating a positive and mentoring environment, and implementing effective Work Therapy Assignments (WTA).
