- Req#: 32748851950
- The Lead Sales provides customers with the best selection, exceptional service, and well-organized stores to support spiritual, social, and rehabilitation programs.
- Works closely with the management team on daily tasks for TSA Family Store, including meeting sales and income goals, creating a positive environment, and implementing Work Therapy Assignments (WTA).
- Partners with the Store Manager in daily store operations such as opening/closing, POS, inventory, merchandising standards, and donations.
- Handles all day-to-day store operations in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager, including personnel and cash handling.
- Assists in monitoring performance indicators to drive sales and profitability.
- Schedules staff, conducts team meetings, and provides coaching and training.
- Ensures high customer and donor satisfaction and develops strategies to enhance service.
- Supports Back Room Processing to meet daily goals.
- Supervises and reports on program Beneficiaries involved in Work Therapy.
- Protects store assets and ensures security during non-operating hours.
- Maintains safety standards and reports incidents.
- May transfer or relocate based on business needs.
- Completes tasks assigned by supervisors.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year retail experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Background check clearance.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive motion tasks.
- Part-time position at $17/hr for 25 hours/week.
