What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute educational programs for major product launches, tailored to regional market demands and customer demographics
- Develop high-quality training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules for advanced sales methodologies
- Lead educational sessions on complex sales strategies to enhance sales effectiveness in the U.S. healthcare market
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and align with advanced sales KPIs and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with technical product knowledge and strategic priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales learning & development or medical device sales with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering impactful sales education in the cardiovascular medical device industry
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 40% travel
- Extensive knowledge of interventional cardiovascular procedures and medical devices
- Proven experience in sales roles demonstrating product superiority to clinicians
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with commercialized drug-elution devices in education, marketing, or clinical roles
- Background in utilizing advanced sales performance analytics to identify educational opportunities
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills to engage diverse teams
