What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute the learning strategy for major new product launches in the US market
- Design and deliver engaging training materials tailored to advanced sales methodologies in the cardiovascular medical device space
- Continuously enhance training frameworks to adapt to market dynamics and product innovations
- Equip the salesforce with tools and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in sales
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales learning & development, medical device sales, or relevant clinical background
- 3+ years of proven experience designing and delivering impactful sales education in the cardiovascular medical device industry
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 40% travel
- Extensive knowledge of interventional cardiovascular procedures and medical devices
- Experience in sales roles demonstrating product superiority and tailoring messaging to customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, clinical, or related field
- Experience with commercialized drug-elution devices in an education, marketing, or clinical role
- Proven leadership ability to align cross-functional teams towards strategic objectives
- Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
