What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discussions to gather detailed requirements from business users for entire business processes on approved projects
- Design and develop solutions for business processes and enhancements, approving designs by junior team members
- Perform program configuration and modification activities using specific methodologies
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business clients
- Prepare System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and user documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proven track record of gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Strong risk management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline or MS/MA with relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead implementation projects and mentor technical team members

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building solutions from scratch while effectively updating existing configurations
- Certification in Salesforce or related areas
- Previous experience in a related field exceeding the minimum years of experience
- Familiarity with SOX controls in application security design and administration
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex strategic problems
