What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate and guide cross-functional teams in executing projects using Lean Agile development principles
- Develop and maintain program management plans and performance management plans
- Serve as the federal government's point of contact for the program
- Standardize and track Agile delivery metrics to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure on-time completion of sprints and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile delivery and requirements tools such as JIRA
- Knowledge of delivering cloud-based solutions in a mission-critical environment
- Proficiency in conducting scrum meetings and coordinating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ability to develop user stories and metrics for tracking project and program execution
- Strong experience in configuration management planning and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 10 years of experience leading dynamic, agile software teams
- Experience delivering mission-critical systems in immigration and travel domains
- Proven track record in implementing Agile methodologies for software delivery
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and human-centered design principles
- Knowledge of manual testing and human-centered design methodologies
