      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy Lead to join the Strategic Programs team within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise Change Management organization.

      In this role, you will:

      • Drive and deliver results for high priority programs by working in project teams spanning businesses and support functions.
      • Develop strategy to stand up programs (e.g., define problem, structure an approach) and create a successful path to delivery (e.g., define workstreams, milestones, and timing).
      • Work alongside senior leaders as a strategic partner which will require navigating a highly matrixed environment.
      • Provide executive-level communications to key stakeholders on progress, findings, and recommendations via succinct presentations and storytelling.
      • Guide a team through ambiguous and complex situations, while serving as a coach/advisor to team members as part of their growth and development.

      Required Qualifications, US:

      • 5+ years of strategy or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Experience in a consulting firm or internal strategy team, managing large initiatives in a complex environment.
      • Experience partnering with senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
      • Ability to drive problem solving for complex questions (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions)
      • Ability to build a story for executive-level communications based on progress and findings.
      • Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment.

      Job Expectations:

      • Position location: New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. No other locations will be considered.

      Salary range: $133,300-$237,100

      Pay Range

      $111,100.00 - $237,100.00
