What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must pass a Background Investigation prior to hiring
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum qualifications as specified in the Classification Specification for Information Technology Specialist II
- Experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience in COBOL, Assembler, DB2, Endeavor, and CICS
- Familiarity with IBM Mainframe Systems
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in gathering business and system requirements for large IT projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
