What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead recruitment efforts for sales and marketing roles within the Trauma & Extremities teams
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to partner effectively in the recruitment process
- Conduct cold calls and engage in networking to generate leads and build a diverse candidate pool
- Utilize technology to track leads, candidates, and build proactive talent pipelines
- Train hiring managers on recruiting processes and interviewing techniques

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6+ years of experience
- At least 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, or HR Operations preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting for Sales and commercial roles preferred
- Familiarity with technology and platforms for managing candidates (e.g., Workday, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of business-facing HR experience
- Experience in negotiation and influencing candidates
- Ability to build strong relationships across various levels of management
- Knowledge of industry best practices in talent acquisition
- Residing in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone
