You will have an opportunity to help shape the next phase of Early Talent initiatives at Stryker. We are in the process of evolving our Early Talent strategy for EMEA and you could be a part of this exciting opportunity for innovation and growth as reimagine what can be at Stryker.
You will have an opportunity to directly impact the early talent strategy through partnerships with universities and student organizations.
You will own full cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent into Stryker’s early talent pipeline (Early Talent Programs, Internship and Rotational Graduate programs).
You will partner with Diversity Recruiting to align outreach strategies with greater DE&I initiatives and provide benchmarks and best practices for the EMEA Early Talent team.
You will develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy for key target schools. This includes but is not limited to visits career fairs (virtually or on-site), speaking engagements, company presentations, faculty collaboration, and partnership with student organizations.
You will foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals and embed diversity recruiting strategies in all aspects of hiring execution.
You will gather competitive intelligence on other employers recruiting on-campus and develop strategies on competing effectively for the top students.
Bachelor’s degree required; degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a similar field.
4+ years of professional work experience within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition required .
2+ years of University Relations and Early Talent recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Passion for Early Talent recruiting and driven to build connections across the university landscape in Europe.
Prior experience of developing, planning and executing of early career and/or university recruitment strategies and building collaborations with colleges and universities preferred.
Demonstrated results from innovative recruitment strategies (DE&I strategies are a plus) preferred.
Multi-country talent acquisition experience preferred.
Experience in a matrixed multinational environment preferred.
Fluency in English and French; every other European language is a plus.
