What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support through analysis and reporting
- Design and implement complex business systems and applications
- Conduct business analysis and recommend technical solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Create multiuser, real-time database solutions and automate processing
- Provide guidance and training to staff on processes and issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Required experience in technical data analysis and system design
- One or more years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in relevant programming languages such as SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle
- Strong ability to mediate departmental demands and gain approvals on system scope and design
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Mathematics or Computer Science, may be considered in lieu of some required experience
- Experience in business analysis related to healthcare applications
- Familiarity with ASP/ASP.NET development
