      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Conduct initial screening interviews and strategic partnership with technical leaders on hiring processes
      - Evolve sourcing tactics, interview loops, and decision-making frameworks to remain competitive
      - Maintain high-quality candidate experiences and present compelling reasons for candidates to join

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven success in recruiting for deeply technical roles in AI, machine learning, or adjacent fields
      - Several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting within a startup environment
      - Comfort in sourcing and closing top technical talent in competitive markets
      - Experience setting up effective metrics dashboards and reports for hiring managers
      - High attention to detail and operational excellence in candidate experience
