What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own technical SEO performance globally, optimizing site architecture, page speed, schema, and discoverability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to embed SEO in the global roadmap
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, and structured data
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and evolving search behaviors, including AI and multimodal search
- Educate cross-functional teams on SEO best practices to foster a data-driven search culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong technical foundation
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, or similar
- Proven experience in improving rankings and organic traffic for multi-language, multi-region sites
- Familiarity with working in large, dynamic web environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies

- Understanding of AI and generative search and its impact on global search visibility
