      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the strategic development roadmap for customer-facing platforms and workflow solutions
      - Collaborate with Product Directors to create and manage development roadmaps based on customer and business value
      - Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
      - Define and implement user journeys in workflow solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs
      - Represent the Product Management team in development planning, releases, and maintenance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees with research exposure are a plus, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 8 years of product management experience
      - At least 10 years working on design and development of online research products and workflow solutions
      - 5+ years as a product manager with experience in content and search platforms, including some applications of Generative AI
      - 8+ years of experience using Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance product performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical research experience or experience in medical product development
      - Strong strategic thinking with an ability to consider tactical implications
      - Excellent communication skills to influence and socialize ideas effectively
      - Proven analytical skills in measuring opportunities and product performance
      - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage deadlines efficiently
