      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates
      - Contact and assess potentially qualified candidates for specific job openings
      - Execute local recruitment programs and represent the employer at job fairs and community events
      - Complete all phases of the Associate Hiring Process and manage applicant traffic and scheduling
      - Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
      - Knowledge or experience in the construction industry
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media job boards
      - Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for work purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in a related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Bilingual language skills to communicate effectively with diverse candidates
