- Develop high-performing and interactive user interfaces utilizing technology such as - React JS, Node, HTML, CSS, JSP, AJAX, JSON etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other developers to gather requirements and identify technical specifications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, following industry standard coding practices and guidelines.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Enhance user experience while ensuring compatibility with existing platforms.
- Ensure that development, coding, privacy and security standards are adhered to at all times.
- Experience in Oracle database development and support using SQL, PL/SQL
- Understand and perform load testing of applications and infrastructure.
- Understand and be responsible for secure coding practices.
- Experience in unit testing frameworks for modern UI applications
- Strong critical thinking

- Excellent communication skills to facilitate working as a member of a diverse global software development team.
- Experience in software development for Financial Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Highly proficient in developing UI/UX improvements, focusing on usability and users satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Who we are looking for:
Software Developer with 14-18 years of experience as a software developer/engineer.
The candidate will have significant experience as a UI developer with expertise in UI technology, preferably React JS.
Additional experience in C#/.NET is a plus.
The candidate will work as part of a highly skilled development team located in India, with additional team resources in the United States and China.
Experience in Financial Services, with particular experience in Equities and Fixed Income order management systems is a strong plus.
The candidate must be familiar with Agile development concepts.
