What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large CRM migration to ensure successful implementations of configurations, customizations, and data migration
- Develop and configure new and existing features in Salesforce/Veeva CRM
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to plan and schedule releases
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for post-release issues
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation on software architecture and design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field, or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in the same fields
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Developer
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, including MuleSoft or Databricks integrations
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce security model
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Veeva CRM and large CRM migration projects
- Proficient in Apex, Java SDK, and other programming languages
- Proven experience developing and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and integration methodologies
- Professional certifications such as Salesforce Developer 2 or Veeva CRM Systems Administrator
