What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support operational excellence
- Partner with leadership to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare financial materials for presentations to sponsors, lenders, and the Board
- Oversee the development of systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other members of the FP&A team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience with leadership in FP&A, operations finance, or sales operations
- Experience in a CRO, pharma services, or life sciences environment
- Proven track record in private equity-backed, growth-oriented organizations
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions
