What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal team members, client partners, and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions
- Design and develop engaging instructional content using various technologies and media
- Plan and lead cross-functional meetings to analyze data and improve agent performance
- Develop and manage learning programs that prepare agents for various service verticals
- Review and analyze performance data to identify trends and enhance learning materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in designing training curricula or in a related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of instructional design strategies and techniques
- Experience in developing interactive simulations using eLearning software
- Passion for continuous learning and collaboration within instructional design
