Who We Are

The Learning & Development Team at WeightWatchers is committed to empowering, inspiring, and educating all employees to drive the business forward. We are a dynamic, creative, and resourceful team, making a meaningful impact on the organization!

What You’ll Do

• Own end to end program management of compliance

• Work with People Partners to ensure new hires remain compliant

• Run and manage regular reporting for compliance training and ad-hoc reporting requests for other training programs

• Create and maintain courses in Workday across all markets, including scheduling webinar sessions

• Create and maintain programs in Workday, across all markets

• Set up and maintenance of all learning campaigns

• Manage the Workday learning platform and its integration with the Employee Experience Platform to maximize learning experiences. This includes learning hub management, course, program, learning campaign setup, and managing completion reporting and learning evaluation.

• Act as the first point of contact for Workday Learning user troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Project management with L&D design team

Who You Are

• Attention to detail

• Self-starter

• Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders and overlapping priorities

• College graduate

• 2+ years prior experience in a similar role

• Prior Workday experience

• Prior LMS experience

• Competent in Excel / Google Sheets

• Technically competent

• Technical troubleshooting

• An excellent communicator, articulating well both verbally and in your written communications

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. Base Salary is $60,000 to $70,000K/annually.
