Balance the demands and expectations of management, participants and other stakeholders

Incorporating new learning technologies or digital platforms

Adapt teaching methodologies to suit the different learning styles in the organisation

Keep participants engaged and meet the diverse needs of Oceania participants.

Strong background in teaching, facilitation, or a related field

Proficiency in a variety of facilitation strategies to cater to divergent learning styles

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage a diverse group

Leadership and supervisory skills to effectively lead a team of facilitators
-
Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during sessions

Strong organization and planning skills to manage different tasks and meet deadlines

An understanding of adult learning theories and their applications
-
Ability to work efficiently with digital learning tools and platforms
-
Openness to feedback and ability to adapt facilitation strategies based on participant needs
-
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Tertiary Degree in Education or Training, or related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in delivery training to large audiences and varying ranks
-
Experience facilitating virtually via MS Teams

Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Collaborative and innovative mindset

Proven experience implementing adult learning principles

You will work alongside talented facilitators, designers, and leaders on large scale learning projects.
We are looking for a Learning and Development Lead Facilitator, to be located in Sydney. In this newly created role, you will support the Talent Development team to facilitate Oceania learning programs.
The Lead Facilitator plays a crucial role in crafting impactful learning experiences, driving the knowledge transfer process, and ensuring a comfortable and conducive learning environment for all participants. This position demands a balance of strong facilitation skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of effective learning methodologies.
