- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or Related Field
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or Human Resources
- Experience managing and successfully executing numerous priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading meetings and giving presentations to large and small audiences through multiple channels (ie: email, virtual meetings, in-person presentations)
- Experience building relationships with internal customers
- Experience with learning design process and tools
- 5 years in Learning & Development with experience with content design, managing training programs, facilitating training & workshops and measuring training program impact
- Experience directly managing others
- Experience working with multiple levels and groups in a global, matrix organization
- Experience developing learning and development programs and processes
- Experience measuring the success and impact of learning and development programs
- Demonstrates good judgement and strict adherence to high ethical standards
- Ability to exercise poise, tactfulness, diplomacy and good interpersonal skills in order to handle sensitive and confidential situations

- Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, and build and maintain Group and Divisional buy-in for learning & development
- Establish process by which the employee learning experience is consistent and effective
- Manage team to develop and execute learning & development programs
- Ensure that metrics and evaluation are tracked through procedures related to impact of learning & development programs
- Evaluate current training programs, gain input to continually improve learning portfolio and measure effectiveness of programs on an ongoing basis
- Serve as project manager on key strategic Learning & Development programs, supporting team with project work to maintain long-term roadmap
- Lead continuous improvement efforts that refine existing processes, establish new tools and processes and effectively document these efforts to support implementation in the field
- Builds consensus and develops strong working relationships with cross Divisional teams
- Identify and execute creative and innovative methods by which our employees gain the knowledge needed to drive sales, market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Benchmark internally & externally to identify best practices and key learning trends
- Develop strong cross functional and regional relationships, supporting global L&OD teams and their initiatives
- Lead learning technology strategy in PCG, ensuring needs of stakeholders are met
- Lead cross functional and Divisional program for sales enablement learning & development
- Establish sales and tech services learning & development curriculum for long term growth
- Partner with Sales Excellence team to understand strategic objectives
- Establish consistent onboarding and continuous learning programs for sales roles across the Divisions, including common content, delivery, branding, formatting, and maintenance
- Ensure that metrics and evaluation are tracked and communicated
- Act as LMS Deployment lead for sales & tech by being the product expert, implementing within the organization and leading team to execute content
- Lead team members in learning design, content development and deployment in LMS, system administration and technical support
- Partner with PCG Sales Excellence Director to advise on global implementation
- Maintain PCG L&OD SharePoint site, iLEAD and other learning platforms
- Reinforce & regularly communicate offerings to employees, HR, stakeholders, etc.
- Provide guidance and change leadership in the standardization and leveraging of learning across Divisions
- Drive continuous improvement in the usage of our learning & development systems and processes
- Ensure accurate documentation of processes for all department procedures
- Use relevant and objective data to guide decision making
- Formulate communication strategies and plans for effective rollouts of new and ongoing business initiatives
- Ensure customer-focused and effective process for communication, execution and tracking of Enterprise Core & Nomination training programs
- Evaluate and leverage technology application into all functional areas
- Identify & actively manage partnerships with external vendors (current & new) who provide learning platforms and training content for sales and tech services
- Support annual National Sales Meeting planning, as needed
- Select and onboard all new staff members
- Coach and develop team members for higher levels of performance in current role & prepare for future roles
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance
- Foster engagement among team members and department
- Oversee the daily operations of the department, including all department projects and related tasks
- Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among staff members
