- Conducts learning needs analyses with business line stakeholders and People Experience Partnering teams; shares unique needs to the L&D Products team, finds relevant learning solutions to suit business line needs.
- Serves as an L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs.
- Influences and aligns stakeholders to the business line talent plan to leverage global L&D products.
- Delivers impactful learning experiences in alignment with the Corporate Functions and LaSalle L&D Strategy.
- Works with the business to engage, excite, and motivate learners to learn and embed new skills in their work.
- Manages Corporate Functions & LaSalle programs and learning activities to completion.
- Contributes to the Corporate Functions & LaSalle onboarding strategy, leading the yearly audit processes.
- Monitors and tracks performance metrics, leverages learning analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations.
- Uses digital learning systems to track, monitor and drive usage – including regulatory or compilatory metrics needed within the country.
- Contributes to projects and learning facilitations for other business lines as needed.
- Experience in learning and development, program management, or a similar role.
- Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence decision-making with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record delivering successful learning and development solutions.
- Strong program management skills, with experience delivering large programs across a global matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious and digitally adaptive mindset.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems.

As a key member of the team that is responsible for Learning Partnering with JLL’s JLL Technologies, Corporate Functions and LaSalle business lines, you will contribute primarily to the execution of the learning & development strategy for Corporate Functions and LaSalle. This will involve working in close partnership with the Corporate Functions and LaSalle L&D Partner and HR Partnering teams, the wider Talent and Development team and business stakeholders, to understand business needs, find relevant learning solutions, manage learning projects, and deliver engaging learning experiences. On occasion, you may contribute to learning & development project work for the JLL Technologies business line.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing learning projects to completion, and will have training and workshop facilitation experience, both in person and in virtual environments. The candidate will have a track record of working with mid to senior stakeholders, confidently conducting needs analyses and influencing decision making in alignment with the business line’s Learning & Development strategy and the global Learning & Development Center of Expertise (CoE) strategy.
