The Organizational Development unit of the division of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness is seeking your talents and passion for the Learning and Development Specialist. You will be managing and maintaining programs and services while addressing participant inquiries or issues related to the assigned program.

      The Organizational Development unit in the Division of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness is recognized for their integral work in promoting professional development of Texas A&M University employees. The unit is committed to building capabilities, engagement and performance through innovative, high-quality learning and development solutions.       Opportunities to excel

      • Assess professional competencies and keeps abreast of research
      • Addresses participant inquiries or issues related to the assigned program.
      • Assists in working on learning and organization development related project teams.
      • Develop personal professional competencies and stay current with research and practice

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      • One year of related experience in learning and development, talent development, training delivery and/or facilitation.
      • A well qualified candidate may have experience designing and developing career development programs and experience working collaboratively with clients to develop learning assets, etc.
