- Assess professional competencies and keeps abreast of research
- Addresses participant inquiries or issues related to the assigned program.
- Assists in working on learning and organization development related project teams.
- Develop personal professional competencies and stay current with research and practice
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience in learning and development, talent development, training delivery and/or facilitation.
- A well qualified candidate may have experience designing and developing career development programs and experience working collaboratively with clients to develop learning assets, etc.
