      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Learning & Development and other L&D staff
      - Serve as a primary point of contact for team members regarding general L&D inquiries
      - Coordinate logistics for virtual, in-person, and hybrid training sessions, including scheduling and materials preparation
      - Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including uploading course materials and generating reports
      - Support course evaluations and post-training surveys to enhance the learner experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in HR, education, or L&D
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, communications, or a related field
      - Experience working with a Learning Management System
      - Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
      - Experience working with individuals facing disadvantages and disabilities
